We now offer server based spam protection that is not filter based! This new and amazing software works wonders, out of the box! It is smart software that learns as your users interact with it - when they flag a message as spam, or create a rule (with 1 click!) to "always allow" from a particular sender, the software learns and improves. The longer you use it, the better it gets.  
Faxing from Outlook
Now you can integrate your faxes and your emails! Inbound routing capabilities include OCR, or Direct Inward Dialing (DID) where each employee or department has their own fax "number'. Check your faxes and your email from the road using Outlook Web Access (OWA) - which is a wonderful web interface that mimics the looks and nearly full functionality of Outlook! (It even has a spell checker!) Sending faxes is a snap! Print from word to a special fax printer, or install a scanner and scan in documents and pull the fax number automatically from your Outlook address book. Voicemail Integration
Just as you can receive faxes in Outlook, you have the added option to receive voicemail messages in Outlook. Included with this package is the feature to have your emails and faxes read to you over a telephone when you call in from the road! |
