Support Policies :
We charge for support. That's our business! We bill an hourly rate of $150 per technician. Discounts are available when purchasing a support plan. We will
never overcharge for any products. We buy from reputable resellers and distributors, then resell to you at our cost. After hours
and emergency support rates will be double the standard rates. -
It is the client's duty unless otherwise pre-arranged with Richter Consulting, LLC., that ALL customer's data MUST be backed up by the customer before any work will be performed on a system. While we will do our best to protect your network and your data, if data loss occurs, we cannot be held responsible for the content of the data.

All Products Manufacturer's Warrantees and Guarantees will apply. Richter Consulting, LLC offers NO Additional Warrantee. All returns WILL be subject to a restocking fee. Software is Non-Returnable.

Telephone Support: We charge for telephone / remote support just as we would charge if we were on-site. We reserve the right to charge extra for cell phone usage rates.

After 30 days, Invoices are NON-Disputable. Interest charges will be applied to invoices not paid in accordance with the terms listed on the invoice.
